BONESUPPORT (Nasdaq Stockholm: BONEX) develops and commercializes innovative injectable bio-ceramic bone graft substitutes that remodel to the patient’s own bone and have the capability of eluting drugs. Global HR Manager to BONESUPPORT
The Global HR Manager role is a great opportunity to support BONESUPPORT AB’s dynamic and rapidly growing organization. The position is a generalist HR role in an international organization. Some parts of the role are focused on the workplace in Lund and teams in other parts of Scandinavia. The role is also o cooperating with Managers, colleagues and partners in other countries such as the US, the UK, the Netherlands, Denmark, Spain, Italy and Ireland.
The main mission for the position is to focus on; resourcing (recruitment and termination), employer branding, performance management, learning & development, legal and comp & ben. Your impact will be felt across the organization, from enhancing our recruitment process to strengthening our employer brand and culture. You'll have the chance to implement and improve our HR systems to ensure seamless operations. Furthermore, you will shape our learning and development initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and develop leadership, teams, culture and people.
In this role, you'll collaborate closely with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, line managers, and external partners. You'll be the driving force behind our HR initiatives, ensuring legal compliance, managing work environment processes, and acting as the point of contact for HR related authorities. Your contributions will help streamline governance and administrative processes, allowing us to be truly productive.
During the last years the HR department has worked with focus on the culture, leadership and team development and assessments. During the autumn the HR department will implement a new HR-system.
The role is based in Lund at the head office and will report to the EVP Global HR. The job will require some travels.
Qualifications
- Academic degree in HR or related field (behavioral sciences such as psychology, law, business
- Minimum 3 years of experience as HR Generalist or HR Business Partner in business oriented supporting roles
- Preferably background in either Labor Law & Comp & Ben or Resourcing
- Digitally savvy, with experience in HR digital tools
- Strong project management skills
- Experience from work in an international context
- Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken as well as written, good with an additional language such as French, Italian or Spanish
- Interest in Marketing & Communications to be able to contribute to the strengthening of our brand (product, company and employer)
- Office proficiency – especially Excel is a merit
- Experience from the pharma or medical device industry is a merit
